ANDRADE ARCHITECTURE is a New York City and Hudson Valley based architecture firm founded by Robin Andrade, AIA.

Robin and her team bring over 25 years of experience in architecture, planning and construction management to its projects. Andrade Architecture, a certified MWBE, provides a comprehensive menu of services, including all phases of architectural services; site selection; feasibility studies; master planning; building code research and zoning analysis; interior design; and construction management. We also provide LEED consulting and owner’s representation services.

UNIVERSAL DESIGN
The firm is particularly well-versed in building codes pertaining to the rights and safety of the physically and developmentally disabled. We have ample experience in ADA consultation and implementation for existing structures, particularly in older buildings that require adaptation to new standards.

SUSTAINABILITY
Integral to our design approach and practice is the use of methods and materials that maximize efficiency, minimize energy consumption, and reduce our burden on the earth’s resources. We continually advocate for improved building standards, incorporating green features that are standard practice for Andrade Architecture. Our involvement with LEED design began over a decade ago, working as consultant and project manager on a variety of LEED projects, however sustainable design has been central to our practice far before the implementation of standards. By approaching all projects with environmental sensitivity, along with meeting the needs of our client, Andrade Architecture maintains its commitment to sustainability.
